As part of Algorithmics Global—a leading international school of programming and mathematics for children with over 500,000 students worldwide—we are looking for a driven and passionate Offline Marketing Executive to lead our local growth in Surabaya.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with schools (kindergarten, elementary, junior high), local education communities, and other learning institutions in Surabaya.
Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including school visits, community activation, and educational events
Organize promotional activities such as seminars, open houses, workshops, and trial/demo classes.
Collaborate with local government offices, education-related departments, and private institutions in Surabaya.
Identify and initiate strategic local partnerships to support student recruitment and brand awareness.
Manage offline promotional teams (if any) and ensure smooth execution of on-ground initiatives.
Regularly report local insights and campaign outcomes to the central team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or community development—preferably in the education sector.
Strong local network in Surabaya, especially among schools or learning centers.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Goal-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
Comfortable working independently and coordinating with a remote central team.
Owns personal vehicle and is open to frequent local travel for school or institution visits.
A passion for education and working with children is a huge plus.
