Offline Activation Officer

The role of Offline Activation Officer involves planning and executing marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility and engagement through offline channels. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing activation strategies in partnership with local businesses and influencers, managing on-ground campaigns, conducting market research to identify opportunities, creating content plans that align with brand messaging, and monitoring campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing efforts across all platforms.

Candidates must have an SMA/SMK, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree (S1), attitude and communication skills are the top priorities. No prior experience required, experience as an event committee member or volunteer is a plus and possess a strong foundation in marketing principles. A passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and advertising tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads are essential. Experience in market research, content marketing, and marketing strategy will be a great advantage.
