Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- Experience in Data Entry
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Review documents and collect applications for documents processing.
- Address customer/applicant queries in person or via email and telephone.
- Handle cash and bank transactions when assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry with zero errors.
- Oversee the administration and logistics of documents delivery to the consulate, applicant, or logistics company.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, manuals, and guidelines without deviation.
- Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and ensure the delivery of these options to applicants/customers.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services offered and their overall experience at the application center.
- Ensure that all processes are completed within the mandated turnaround time (TAT).
