Job description for Office Manager at BioMark
- 2 years+ in an administrative or office managerial role
- Self-motivated and fast learner with attention to detail
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive to cost-effective strategies
- Experience in accounting and finance management is a bonus
- Experience in recruitment
- Having the best interests of the company at all times
- Ability to assess and initiate things independently
- Ability to manage external stakeholders (eg. upper management, external accountant, corporate secretaries, etc.)
- Experience in creating processes and office procedures
- Manage the office environment and overseeing general maintenance and upkeep of the office
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office
- Record day-to-day financial transactions using Wave Accounting software
- Manage monthly payroll processing and other human resource duties
- Manage invoices and payments
- Manage monthly expense reports, reimbursements and budgets
- Ensuring Accounts Payable and Receivable remain accurate and up to date
- Assist external accountant with EOFY reporting and lodgements
- Assist and manage external HR in the Philippines
- Provide admin support around the development and review of automated policies, procedures and maintenance contracts
- Organise and manage recruitment along with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage company’s asset register
- Troubleshoot IT issues
- Planning annual company gatherings and events
- Personal assistance to the CEO and other ad-hoc tasks
