Job Descriptions:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office area (rooms, pantry, toilets, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Prepare and serve drinks/refreshments for employees and guests
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after use
- Support in light administrative tasks if needed (e.g. filing, photocopying, errands)
- Monitor and report the availability of office supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, tissue, cleaning tools, etc.)
- Assist in receiving and distributing documents or packages
- Support day-to-day operational needs as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Female, minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Diligent, honest, disciplined, and willing to work hard
- Neat appearance and good attitude
- Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Preferably with experience in a similar role (Office Girl/Helper), but fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to help with additional office tasks when required
