We are looking for an Office Operations Staff to support daily office operations and provide professional assistance to visitors, clients, and internal teams. This role will handle front desk responsibilities, administrative coordination, and assist with general inquiries while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk activities
- Assist Sales and Operations teams for customer inquiries or requests
- Maintain office supplies and general office inventory
- Manage office deliveries and coordinate with vendors and courier services
- Liaise with building management and external service providers when needed
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
- Support internal events, meetings, and office activities
- Assist with general office operational and administrative support
- Any other activity or task as required by the Company.
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma Degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn SaaS products and product knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- English communication skills are preferred
