Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique, office, meeting rooms, pantry, and other supporting areas on a daily basis.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments for clients, guests, and company meetings in accordance with luxury retail service standards.
- Assist with the receipt, distribution, and delivery of documents, packages, and operational supplies.
- Support the preparation and execution of marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and other company functions
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, pantry items, and other operational necessities.
- Provide general operational support to all departments as required.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional environment that reflects the image of a luxury brand.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Report facility maintenance issues or operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a service-oriented attitude when interacting with clients, guests, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant or similar support role.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Driver’s License SIM A & SIM C.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Familiar with routes and traffic conditions in Surabaya and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling operational and administrative support tasks.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping, office maintenance, pantry management, and workplace hygiene standards.
- Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, polite demeanor, and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
- Willing to perform errands, document deliveries, banking activities, and other operational assignments as required.
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours when necessary to support business operations and events.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, premium customer service, or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
- Willing and able to travel for business assignments, store support activities, events, and other operational needs as required by the company.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, special events, and peak retail periods as required by business operations.
