Role Summary:
The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of an office space, performing basic administrative tasks like delivering mail, managing office supplies, and generally assisting staff with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment; essentially acting as a general office assistant focused on upkeep and basic logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of all office areas including desks, floors, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and backup villa cleaning.
- Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming mail, as well as preparing outgoing mail.
- Supply Management: Ordering and stocking office supplies like stationery, beverages, and toiletries.
- Errand Running: Performing small errands like picking up food, documents, or supplies as needed.
- Meeting Room Setup: Preparing meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments
- Basic Administrative Tasks: Assisting with filing documents, copying, faxing, and other basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Facility Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues with office equipment, lighting, or air conditioning.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
