- Perform receptionist duties
- Provide administrative and office support
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle requests, errands, and queries in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or problems
- Indonesian citizen and preferably stay in Bali
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Google App
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, punctual and confident
- Willing to work in Umalas, Bali
