We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office & Villa Operation Admin to support our villa and office operations. If you're someone who loves keeping things running smoothly — this is for you!
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to office and villa operations
- Coordinate communication between the office team, villa staff, suppliers, and guests
- Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and filing systems
- Assist with bookkeeping records, invoices, payment tracking, and data entry
- Prepare operational reports and update internal records regularly
- Support villa operational needs, including maintenance follow-ups and guest requests
- Monitor office supplies and operational inventory
- Assist management with operational and administrative support as needed
- Ensure all administrative processes are handled accurately and on time
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, hospitality, villa management, or related field
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Good English communication is preferred
- Bali-based candidates are preferred
