We are looking for an office administrator who thrives on hustling and enjoys communicating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
• General administrative duties including filing, general data entry and other administrative paperwork.
• Handle clients’ enquiries professionally and direct to the sales team to follow up.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate and ensure the letter of offer are completed promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Assist in the onboarding of new advisors.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
What we look in for you:
• Min a GCE “O” level
• A team player yet able to work independently.
• Conscientious worker with an eye for detail;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to start work with short notice preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to multi-task with good organisation skills
