QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
• over 7+ years of ODOO implementation experience
• over 3+ years in technical leadership role
• ODOO certification (technical and functional)
JOB SCOPE:
1. Lead the technical and functional aspects of ODOO implementation projects
2. Drive architectural decisions and provide strategic technical direction
3. Oversee multiple project teams and ensure delivery excellence
4. Bridge technical capabilities with business requirements
5. Establish best practices and development standards
6. Manage client relationships at a technical and functional level
7. Guide system integration and enterprise architecture decisions
8. Provide leadership in technical innovation and solution design
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Leadership
• Lead architectural design for complex ODOO implementations
• Guide technical strategy and solution design
• Oversee technical delivery across multiple projects
• Establish coding standards and best practices
• Review and approve technical designs
• Mentor technical team members
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement
2. Functional Leadership
• Lead requirement gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design business process flows
• Conduct gap analysis
• Provide functional consulting to clients
• Oversee user acceptance testing
• Guide process optimization initiatives
3. Project Management
• Lead multiple implementation teams
• Define project scope and technical approach
• Manage project risks and issues
• Ensure quality deliverables
• Monitor project progress and metrics
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Handle escalations and critical issues
4. Client Management
• Lead client technical discussions
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Manage client expectations
• Provide executive-level presentations
• Handle high-level technical negotiations
• Drive client satisfaction initiatives
