Role Description
The Junior Functional Support is responsible for providing first-level support to users and clients by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving functional system issues. This role assists users in daily system operations, manages and escalates complex issues when necessary, supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintains system documentation. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting, with ERP knowledge being an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Support, ERP Functional Support, or Software Implementation.
- Basic understanding of general business processes, such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with users and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system-related issues.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, responsive, and accustomed to working within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, respond promptly to, and document issue reports (tickets/incidents) submitted by users or clients regarding system usage.
- Analyze and provide first-level (Tier 1/2) functional support and solutions for system-related issues experienced by users.
- Escalate issues to the Development Team or Functional Consultants when problems require code fixes, bug resolution, or advanced system configurations.
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical guidance to users to ensure smooth system utilization.
- Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes before deployment to clients.
- Create, maintain, and update system documentation, user guides, and user manuals.
