2. Business Requirements Analysis
• Conduct in-depth analysis and understanding of business needs and company operational processes.
• Identify and document gaps between Odoo functionality and business requirements.
3. Odoo Configuration and Customization
• Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.) according to the company's business processes.
• Set up workflows and business rules in Odoo to reflect existing processes.
4. System Testing and Validation
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users to ensure the Odoo configuration meets requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality during the testing phase.
5. End-User Training
• Provide training to end-users on the use of implemented Odoo modules.
• Create documentation and user guides for application usage.
6. Post-Implementation Support
• Provide support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure users can utilize Odoo optimally.
• Resolve issues arising after go-live and ensure system performance improvements.
7. Collaboration with Technical Team
• Work closely with the technical team (developers) for customizations that require code changes or additional modules.
• Provide clear functional specifications for additional feature development or integration with other systems.
8. Project Documentation
• Create documentation covering configurations, workflows, and changes made to the system.
• Manage and update documentation according to changes made during the project.
9. System Optimization and Enhancement
• Analyse user feedback and make improvements or enhancements to existing modules.
• Implement best practices in Odoo usage to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
