Responsibilities
- Support business analysis sessions to understand client requirements, workflows, and operational pain points using Odoo.
- Assist in mapping current business processes across key functions such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Help identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions using standard Odoo features or available customization options.
- Prepare and maintain migration testbooks with clear business scenarios, expected outcomes, and validation steps.
- Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure migrated data, configurations, and workflows work correctly.
- Validate data consistency before and after migration, including master data, transactions, and module behavior.
- Execute end-to-end business case testing before go-live to ensure operational readiness.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams by translating business requirements into functional specifications and clarifying technical feedback to users.
- Support project follow-up meetings by tracking issues, documenting bugs, and monitoring progress until resolution.
- Assist in go-live preparation, final validation, and launch-day support by helping prioritize urgent business issues.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, business process analysis, or implementation support.
- Basic hands-on exposure to Odoo is preferred.
- Functional understanding of at least Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting processes.
- Exposure to system migration projects, ERP implementation, or business process improvement is a plus.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and issue validation.
- Ability to quickly understand client workflows and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, risks, and operational dependencies.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate between business users and technical teams.
- Able to organize tasks, prioritize critical issues, and work in a structured project environment.
- Good English communication skills (French is a plus), especially for client-facing discussions.
