We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Semarang.

As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play an important role in understanding business requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into effective Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients, end users, and the technical team to ensure successful Odoo implementation and continuous improvement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and understand business processes and customer requirements.
2. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
3. Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs.
4. Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements using Odoo.
5. Work closely with technical/development teams to ensure functional requirements are properly implemented.
6. Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and process mapping.
7. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and troubleshooting.
8. Provide training and guidance to end users.
9. Support clients during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation.
10. Identify potential issues and provide appropriate functional solutions.
11. Maintain good communication and relationships with clients and internal teams.
12. Stay updated with Odoo features, best practices, and ERP trends.
    

🔹 Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar position.
2. Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and business processes.
3. Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, or customization projects.
4. Good understanding of one or more Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, or Project Management.
5. Able to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Good command of English, both written and spoken is a plus.
8. Comfortable communicating with clients and working with cross-functional teams.
9. Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Semarang.
10. Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
