Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Odoo on cloud or on-premise servers.
- Customize Odoo modules to align with business processes and requirements.
- Develop new Odoo modules, features, and reports as needed.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data integrity within the Odoo framework.
- Provide technical recommendations and insights on improving workflows and system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs as required.
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in deploying and customizing Odoo.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.
- Experience with server administration, Linux environments, and cloud deployments.
- Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and module development.
- Ability to follow best coding practices and implement secure, scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to optimize workflows and system performance.
- Experience with Git, Docker, or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
