Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Ocean Export operations.
- Good knowledge of export-import procedures and shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with liner/shipping line operations.
- Experience using CargoWise is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Ocean Export operations.
- Coordinate and book vessel space with shipping lines.
- Communicate and liaise with overseas agents, customers, and shipping lines.
- Prepare and process export documentation.
- Create job orders and issue invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure smooth export operations.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and export regulations.
