Job Overview

Creating, Implementing and evaluating plan or occupational health program include Industrial Hygiene in company accordance to applicable regulations and standards to prevent work accident and disease.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Comply and implement of regulations, OHS programs and culture (including the use of PPE), energy, quality and environment. Monitoring and maintain CLS (OHM, canteen, drinking water, sanitation, dormitory, PPE, ergonomic, BBP, Medical and first aid) compliance

• Provide training and health promotion program, provide all OH report, and support information about work accidents / issues and provide advice related OHS programs, quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals)

• Arrange MCU annually program according with job risk, monitoring, consultation, and follow up, provide justification for MCU results, and monitoring employee’s health in some position, such as food handler, chemical, first aider and Paramedic to prevent work related disease or disorders

• Coordination with external : government program and community hospital

• Home or hospital visit to patient on health rehabilitation program (long illness case, working accident cases, and traffic accident cases), and coordinate with HR team for manage long illness program, included return to work assessment, evaluation the implantation of procedures and working instructions to assess health risk

• Coordinate with clinic team and risk assessment and assurance team to identify, advise, brief, handle and monitor occupational or work accidents, also Organize and schedule periodical clinical check and counseling, especially employees

• Investigates adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, and other conditions which may affect employee’s health, comfort, and also efficiency (velocity measurement), and coordinate with OHS team to organize and schedule simultaneously industrial hygiene activities to ensure work area is safe and comfortable to work

• Conduct working hazard measurement in worksite to recognize, eliminate and control OH hazard and disease, and evaluation of exposure to ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and to noise, and recommends measurement to ensure maximum employee protection

• Organize and analyze hazard measurement result and combine with the external measurement result, and prepare reports including observation and recommendation for hazard control and correction

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or Magister in Medical Doctor.

• At least 3 year of working experience in OH Doctor Field

• Have Knowledge: Safety, Health and Environment Awareness, HS training Program Need and Improvement plan, Audit process

• Have Skill: Communication in Bahasa and English, Effective communication skill, Good analytical thinking, Make Innovation and improvement program, Good managerial, reporting, trainer

• Have Attitude: Positive Attitude, Quality Orientation, Leadership, Communication, Teamwork, Creative Problem Solving, Self-learning Capacity.

• Have Certificate: AK3U, Hiperkes, ACLS / ALTS
