Nursery School Director

PT LIKE GLOBAL INDONESIA (PMA) is a subsidiary of LIKE, Inc., one of Japan's leading childcare providers, operating more than 400 nursery schools and childcare facilities across the country.

We are seeking a Nursery School Director to lead our first school outside Japan, located in BSD City, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in bringing Japanese-quality early childhood education to Indonesia while working closely with an established leader in the childcare industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive training in Japan and be part of a growing organization with cross-border career opportunities in both Indonesia and Japan.

Qualifications:

・Bachelor’s degree in any field

・Previous experience in the daycare, nursery school, or kindergarten industry

・Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

・Japanese ability is an advantage

Responsibilities:

・Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursery school

・Supervise and support teachers and staff, including shift scheduling and team management

・Handle communication and relationship management with parents and guardians

・Conduct school tours and respond to enrollment inquiries

・Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children

・Plan and oversee school events, seasonal activities, and educational programs

・Coordinate with local authorities and relevant organizations

・Lead marketing and promotional activities, including social media and community outreach

・Maintain and improve the quality of childcare and educational services

・Manage administrative tasks, budgets, supplies, and facility operations
