Job Responsibility

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.
• Assess and document patient conditions, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medical environment.
• Operate and manage medical equipment and assist in medical procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and hygiene standards.
• Support patient recovery by providing emotional support and guidance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license (as per local regulatory requirements).
• Proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and medical terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
