- Be responsible for the notarization of documents related to company establishment, including but not limited to articles of association, shareholder information, power of attorney, and other relevant materials, ensuring the legality, authenticity and completeness of notarized documents.
- Strictly abide by Indonesian notarization laws, regulations and industry norms, standardize the notarization process, and issue notarization certificates in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
- Coordinate with the company’s business team to understand the needs of clients (enterprises to be registered), communicate with clients in a timely manner, confirm the required notarization materials, and provide professional notarization guidance.
- Sort out, file and manage notarization documents and related records, establish a complete document management system to ensure the traceability of notarization work.
- Keep abreast of the latest changes in Indonesian notarization policies and related laws, and provide professional suggestions for the company’s business optimization and client services.
- Cooperate with internal departments to complete other related work related to notarization and company registration.
