Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and develop backend components of any future products using Node.js as the framework
- Contribute actively in the system design phase to enable highly-scalable and highly-available service
- Show initiatives and demonstrate ownership of the product by suggesting new features and provide insights during product development
- Provide mentorship to entry-level software engineers
Syarat Pelamar
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend developer using Node.js
- Solid knowledge and understanding in computer science (e.g. use of advanced algorithms and data structures, OS, network, database)
- Experienced in using Linux/Unix development environment
- Working knowledge in GCP is considered an added value
- Experience using version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and CI/CD tools
- Experience in system architecture design for highly-scalable and highly-available system

Saya melamar di suatu perusahaan, dan tinggal tahap terakhir saya utk ttd kontrak yaitu background checking. Jujur, itu pertanyaan menjebak dan ya bagi saya yang belum mengetahui persis apa kelebihan dan kekurangan.
Pertanyaan ini selalu muncul saat interview, kalau saya selalu menjawab:
Kekurangan saya: mudah lupa namun untuk mengatasinya selalu membuat catatan ketika melakukan aktifitas atau misal kerja. Jadi ketika lupa, bisa melihat catatan tadi.
Kelebihan: saya suka membuat konten yang berhubungan dengan fotografi atau videografi untuk sosial media. Dan saya memiliki antusias dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi dalam dunia desain. (Karena basic saya desain)
