Job Description
- Provide 24 hour Network Health surveillance of physical Fiber Optic and alarm reporting utilizing network monitoring and surveillance software
- Review and general clean-up of ticket queue
- Troubleshooting network issues and taking appropriate action to resolve
- Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets
- Ensure timely follow up with customers via e-mails or phone calls
- Requirement
- Minimum D3 Telecommunication / IT
- Minimum 1 year working experience in NOC Fiber Optic
- Having good understanding of Fiber Optic
- Able to interpret FO measurement tools (OTDR, Optic, OSP)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Will to work under shift
- Must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees and customers at all times
