JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist the NOC team in monitoring network and system performance.
- Help check daily network alerts and incidents.
- Support basic network troubleshooting under supervision.
- Update monitoring reports and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining network inventory and asset records.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and security guidelines.
- Support the team in daily operational and administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
- Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of network devices such as routers and switches.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Able to work onsite according to the internship schedule.
