Requirement:

  • Lulusan S1
  • Min 2 year Experience as Project Staff/Admin
  • Memiliki pemahaman tentang NMS such PRTG
  • Memiliki basic knowledge di jaringan (Network)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient with MS Word, MS Power Point, and Google Suites
  • Experience in data processing will be an advantage
  • Experience in IT and Telecommunication Industry will be and advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and develop reports
  • Experience in handling customer and service delivery oriented
  • Being meticulous towards details, having empathy for clients and product users
