Job Title: Night-Shift Post-Production Coordinator (Video Editing Agency)
About the Role:
We are a growing digital creative agency (Equair) looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Post-Production Coordinator to manage our night-shift operations. You will be the bridge between our talented editing team and our high-profile US clients.
This is NOT a typical Virtual Assistant role. You need to understand the video editing process, Premiere Pro workflows, and how to spot a "good cut" vs. a "bad cut."
Your Responsibilities:
* Communication: Act as the main point of contact for US clients on Slack during their business hours (Night shift in Indo).
* Quality Control (QC): Review all edits before they are sent to the client. You are the final pair of eyes to catch black frames, audio glitches, or missed notes.
* Task Management: Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for our editors. You will use ClickUp to assign revisions and track deadlines.
* Bottleneck Solver: When a client asks for a change, you decide whether it's a quick fix or a major revision, and you manage the team's workload accordingly.
Requirements:
* Technical Knowledge: You MUST understand video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Frame.io). You don't need to be a motion graphics expert, but you need to understand the language of editing.
* English Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly, casually, and professionally in English.
* Night Owl: You are comfortable working from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM WIB on a regular basis.
* High Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who notices the small things others miss.
* Tech-Ready: Experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Frame.io is a huge plus.
