What You’ll Do:
As our Night Manager cum Night Audit, you will be the guardian of the hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and performing critical financial reconciliations to close the day's business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Acting as the General Manager’s representative during the night shift, supervising night staff (Front Office, Security, and Housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations.
- Night Audit Execution: Verifying revenue from all departments, balancing accounts, running the end-of-day process, and generating accurate daily financial reports.
- Guest Services: Handling late check-ins/check-outs and resolving guest complaints or emergencies with professionalism and warmth.
- System Management: Understanding the procedure of running the system and standard Front Office & Accounting operations.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring the safety of the hotel premises, guests, and employees by conducting regular rounds and adhering to security protocols.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with international and domestic guests in both Indonesian and fluent written and spoken English.
- Reporting: Preparing a comprehensive handover report for the Morning Management Team.
- Teamwork: Bringing a positive, "can-do" attitude to every shift and maintaining strong teamwork across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
We want individuals who are serious about their career in hospitality management and possess high integrity and attention to detail.
Ideal candidates have:
- MUST have proven experience in Front Office operations, specifically with exposure to Night Audit procedures.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Leadership Capability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting/auditing principles. Familiarity with System VHP (Visual Hotel Program) is a MUST or strong plus point.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Duty Manager / Night Audit / FO Supervisor).
- Problem Solver: Ability to stay calm and focused during emergencies or system issues.
- A polished, professional personal presentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work strictly on night shifts and weekends/holidays.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
