1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review the accuracy and validity of payment documents (contracts, invoices, supporting documents, etc.) before submitting them for management approval.
- Monitor and control internal revenues and expenditures, including payments, advances, and reimbursements.
- Record and verify accounting entries related to cash, bank transactions, receivables/payables, payroll, depreciation, allocations, and closing entries to ensure compliance with current accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage, store, and maintain the confidentiality of accounting records and financial documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports to support the Board of Directors in decision-making.
- Assist in controlling accounting and financial operations and propose process improvement solutions when necessary.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and relevant partners regarding payment and financial transactions.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations, with the ability to stay updated on relevant legal requirements.
- Good English proficiency; ability to work with English documents and international partners is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiar with basic accounting software.
- Good skills in document preparation, accounting documentation handling, and records management.
- Detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, and able to maintain financial confidentiality.
