We are looking for a new professional to help Flowerstore Vietnam grow at rocket speed. We are a fun and international team, with long experience and deep knowledge of the e-commerce industry!
- FlowerStore Group was founded in 2018 and in just 2 years it became the largest floral e-commerce in SEA. We arrived in Vietnam in September 2019, and instantly became the fastest growing gifting online retailer, opening Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, allowing customers to order Nationwide. We are backed by Venture Capital investors. We plan to keep growing, and for us, flowers are not the limit. We will become the top-of-mind brand when looking for a gift (flowers, plants, cakes, personalized items…), whether it is a birthday, graduation, Women’s Day, Tết or any other!We're searching for a Junior Operations Associate. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Working hour: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day Assemble and dispatch orders following E2E system Assign orders to riders, manage the respective riders to ensure a smooth delivery and collection of COD Cooperate with the Customer Service department to handle special situations such as but not limited to: complaints, redeliveries, confirm deliveries, unreachable customers, etc. Organize inventory Handle cash and EOD cash count Record accurately the cash expenses and collect all delivery notes, bills, etc. Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager Report directly to the Operations Manager.
