A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are on the cusp of a tectonic shift in consumer behavior from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0. We believe that as Web 3.0 grows, brands and KOLs will progressively shift their attention towards it and try to become a key part of the new creator economy. That is where CRYTORY comes in, we exist to redefine talent's brand experiences in the Metaverse.
The Metaverse is different, the creator economy doesn’t put up with interruptive or intrusive ads so talent brands need to focus on the fan experience. At CRYPTORY we are building the technology, creative and engineering skills to deliver fan and community experiences.
We are seeking an NFT strategist who will work with the NFT Creation team to create and execute our multi-year NFT strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable in the NFT, blockchain technology space as well as advertising and entertainment. In this role, the candidate with lead our marketing efforts in this new NFT marketplace and do it through the lens of our community.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
B.1. NFT Strategic (75%)
- Build the strategy and roadmap for CRYPTORY's NFT on market.
- Involve in developing and executing the NFT strategies, from product value packages to distribution, sales, etc., to create a successful project.
- Conduct business reviews and recommended actions to better achieve our goals.
- Management of outsourced agency or partnership.
- Act as an active participant in ideation, innovation & prototyping of our business line.
- Work with social executives and producers to ensure all NFT-related materials are aligned with planned NFT's values.
- Manage the operational aspects of Crypto project initiative (SocialFi, NFTs, P2E, DAO,...) including action plans with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Assist Business Strategies with vision, strategy, creation and goal setting to approach audience and partners.
B.2. Market research and insights (25%)
- Indicate the key parts/ hot news/ updates in the market with insightful analytics about the upcoming trends/news.
- Act as an active participant in ideation, innovation & prototyping of our business line.
- Actively conduct researches to acquire social trends and audience insights
- Routinely engage with the blockchain community through Discord, Github, Twitter, and other channels with the intention of understanding the community’s goals and needs for product development
C, REQUIREMENT:
- Proven expertise in NFT projects, communities, markets and principles, including but not limited to trends related to this industry.
- Understanding about NFT &Â Crypto Community/Investors/Viewers' insights and how it operates.
- Open-minded & willing to proactively share with the team about the NFT market status & updates.
- Result-oriented mindset, ability to translate business problems into improvement opportunities.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Partnerships Content, Community, agencies, and partners - to plan and execute integrated campaigns to grow and engage the community.
- Good at English both written and spoken.
