💼 Job Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver retail training programs through both offline and online sessions.
- Conduct training sessions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Localize global training materials to align with market and business needs.
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences, including gamification-based training methods.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on product launches, business strategies, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, quizzes, and participant feedback.
- Monitor training progress, maintain training records, and prepare training reports and performance analysis.
📌 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Trainer, Retail Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or a related role.
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of gamification techniques in learning is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and workplace collaboration tools such as Feishu or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Patient, creative, passionate about learning and development, and committed to delivering impactful training programs.
