💼 Job Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver retail training programs through both offline and online sessions.
- Conduct training sessions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Localize global training materials to align with local market and business needs.
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences, including gamification-based training methods.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on product launches, business strategies, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, quizzes, and participant feedback.
- Monitor training progress, maintain training records, and prepare training reports and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support employee capability development.
📌 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Trainer, Retail Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or related roles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the retail, consumer electronics, smartphone, or gadget industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of gamification techniques and modern learning methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms such as Feishu or similar tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, patient, passionate about learning and development, and able to deliver engaging training sessions.
