About the Role
As an NPD Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and introduction of new products, from identifying market opportunities and developing product concepts to prototyping and launch preparation. This role will work closely with the R&D, Production, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure new products meet market demands and consumer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, New Product Development (NPD), Product Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market research, product development, and new product launch strategies.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and up to date with market trends and consumer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new product ideas and NPD strategies based on market opportunities and consumer needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential product opportunities.
- Work closely with R&D and QA teams throughout the product development and prototyping process.
- Develop product positioning, marketing concepts, and launch plans for new products.
- Monitor product performance after launch and identify opportunities for further improvement and development.
