Job Description
• To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
• To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
• To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
• To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
• To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
• To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
Requirement
• Male or Female Age 25 – 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as New Client Acquisition.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
• Have experience and knowledge in the field of selling building materials.
• Have experience in public or private project tenders.
• Have strong negotiating skills.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Have driver lincense (SIM) A.
• Have high motivation, a good work ethic and can work well as a team.
• Attractive.
• Have good presentation skills.
• Has a broad business network in related fields.
• Knowledge of the words MS, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
