We are currently looking for high-forte individuals to join our team as Network Operation Center Engineers, where you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure solutions for mission-critical operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor network systems to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Quickly resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate team
- Provide regular updates on incidents or issues to keep the team informed
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across technical teams
- Work in a rotating shift schedule, including both day and night shifts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum education: Vocational High School in Computer & Network Engineering or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
- Willing to work in shift-based schedules, including nights and weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- CCNA certification is a must
