Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in network operations and network security
- Experienced working in IT service or operational environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network Management
- Network Security Management
- Cloud Security Management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco & Aruba Switch/WLAN (Switch & Access Point)
- Network monitoring tools (NMS/OP)
- Familiar with incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes
- Able to support operational reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
- Willing to be placed at Pulomas Office, East Jakarta
- Willing to work on weekends and business trips
Job Desc
- Manage daily network and security operations to ensure stable services
- Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and change activities
- Monitor service performance and support capacity reviews
- Prepare monthly operational reports
- Attend operational meetings and track assigned tasks
- Support network changes and CAB activities
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Support network and security projects as assigned
Contract: Until March 2027 (Extendable based on performance)
