LOWONGAN KERJA - NETWORK ENGINEER JAKARTA
Industry : Consultant - Jakarta
Detail Scope of Work:
1. Manage and support daily network and security operations to ensure stable and reliable services
2. Perform regular incident, service request, problem, and change reviews in accordance with operational schedules
3. Participate in internal service reviews and capacity management reviews to monitor performance and service readiness
4. Prepare and submit monthly operational reports
5. Attend weekly operational meetings and track assigned tasks using planning tools
6. Support and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings when network changes are planned
7. Contribute to service improvement initiatives (SII) as defined per fiscal year
8. Support and participate in network and security-related projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
1. Level: Junior - Middle
2. Willing to be placed at Pulomas Office, East Jakarta
3. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
4. Experience working in an IT service / operational environment
5. Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in network operations and network security
6. Strong skills in Network Management, Network Security Management, and Cloud Security Management
Hands-on experience with:
1. Switch & WLAN: Cisco, Aruba (Switch & Access Point)
2. Monitoring: NMS / OP Manager
3. Security: Fortinet (FortiGate, VPN), Cisco ASA, UTM
4. Internet: Link & Bandwidth Management
5. Endpoint Security: Endpoint Management System (EMS)
6. Familiar with incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes
7. Able to support operational reviews, reporting, and improvement activities
