Network & Technology Intern
We are looking for a motivated Network & Technology Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in networking, OTT platforms, streaming technology, and web-based systems. You will work closely with our technical team to support daily operations, system monitoring, application testing, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms and devices.
Network & Infrastructure
* Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN.
* Familiarity with basic MikroTik configuration and VLAN is preferred.
OTT, Smart TV & Client Devices
* Basic understanding of applications running across Android/Android TV/Google TV, iOS/tvOS, Set-Top Boxes (STB), and Smart TV platforms, including Samsung Tizen and LG webOS.
* Understanding of basic media streaming and video playback workflows from the server to end-user devices.
Web Development & Integration
* Familiarity with PHP (Laravel or Native PHP), Next.js, and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
* Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL.
* Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and system integration is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing and monitoring LAN infrastructure and servers to help maintain stable connectivity to streaming servers.
* Perform application flow and feature testing across various devices, including Smart TVs, smartphones, STBs, and web players.
* Identify, document, and report technical issues to the development team.
* Support basic troubleshooting and day-to-day technical operations.
* Collaborate with the technical and development teams to ensure smooth system and application performance.
Nice to Have
* Basic understanding of CDN (Content Delivery Network) concepts.
* Familiarity with video encoding/transcoding and FFmpeg.
* Strong interest in digital media, OTT, and streaming technologies.
* Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
