NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHER
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (from English-speaking countries)
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Psychology, or related field preferred)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience (preferably with young learners/preschool)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage
- Good personality: patient, energetic, creative, and a team player
- Able to engage students in interactive and fun learning
- Experience in using learning media and technology in the classroom
- Ability to play musical instruments or lead songs/activities is a plus
- Maximum age 35 years old (preferred)
Job Description:
- Deliver engaging daily lessons based on prepared lesson plans
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment
- Develop and adapt teaching materials as needed
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress regularly
- Prepare written student progress reports
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum delivery
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ development and behavior
- Participate in school activities and events
