As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and accelerate revenue growth nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the entire sales team across all channels and regions.
- Establish sales objectives, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, project developers, contractors, architects, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams to strengthen market positioning.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate major contracts.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in B2B industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience leading and managing a national sales team.
- Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
