Job Description:
Collect and analyze sales data as a basis for forecasting
Assist in preparing sales and demand forecasts for AC products
Support stock planning and product allocation processes
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding product availability
Monitor and update data between sales plans and actual performance
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and overall performance for management
Support basic analysis on gaps between targets and actual results
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing, formulas, and reporting)
Good understanding of supply chain, inventory, or demand planning concepts is a plus
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Able to work with data, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
