Music and Drama Educator

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

Future Ready Academy is seeking a creative and experienced Music & Drama Educator to help students explore performing arts, self-expression, confidence, and collaboration through music and drama activities.

Location: in and around Jakarta (Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok)

Responsibilities

• Conduct music and drama classes, rehearsals, and performances
• Develop creative lesson plans and performance-based activities
• Train students in acting, vocal expression, stage performance, and teamwork
• Prepare students for showcases, performances, or school events
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and artistic development
• Collaborate with internal teams for event execution

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in performing or teaching music, drama, English literature, and performing arts, preferably in English plays.
• Experienced in handling performances or stage productions
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Energetic, creative, and student-oriented
• A degree in Music, Performing Arts, Theatre, Education, or related fields is a big plus
• Ability to play musical instruments or direct performances is a plus
