Future Ready Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Music & Drama Curriculum Specialist to lead the development and implementation of engaging music and drama learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop music and drama curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, and learning material.
• Create and develop assessments aligned with learning objectives
• Train and support the Curriculum and Operations teams in implementing the developed curriculum and assessments
• Determine appropriate teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches for music and drama education
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve curriculum programs
• Participate in curriculum-related meetings and discussions
• Monitor and support the implementation of curriculum plans across projects and schools

Requirements

• Experience teaching Music and Drama in schools, learning centres, or educational institutions
• Strong understanding of music and drama curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about arts education, creative, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Fluent in English is required
