We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

Future Ready Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Music & Drama Curriculum Developer to lead the development and implementation of engaging music and drama learning programs.

Location: in and around Jakarta (Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop music and drama curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, and learning materials.
• Create and develop assessments aligned with learning objectives
• Train and support the Curriculum and Operations teams in implementing the developed curriculum and assessments
• Determine appropriate teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches for music and drama education
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve curriculum programs
• Participate in curriculum-related meetings and discussions
• Monitor and support the implementation of curriculum plans across projects and schools

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required
• Experience teaching Music and Drama in schools, learning centres, or educational institutions
• Strong understanding of music and drama curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about arts education, creative, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• A degree in Music, Performing Arts, Theatre, Education, or related fields is a big plus
