Multimedia Staff

About the Role:

BVR Group Asia is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Staff to produce high-quality visual content across our diverse business divisions. The ideal candidate has strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and content production, with the ability to manage projects from concept development through final delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, produce, and execute photo and video content for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, events, and social media platforms.
2. Operate professional cameras, lighting systems, audio equipment, and supporting production tools.
3. Set up and manage podcast recording equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio monitoring systems.
4. Conduct photography sessions for products, food & beverages, properties, corporate activities, and special events.
5. Capture and edit video content for social media, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and internal company documentation.
6. Operate drones safely to capture aerial photos and videos while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Perform post-production work, including video editing, color grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, and basic animation.
8. Organize, manage, and maintain digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, and project files.
9. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging and impactful visual content.
10. Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
11. Maintain multimedia equipment and coordinate repairs, maintenance, or upgrades when necessary.
12. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in photography, videography, and digital content creation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in photography, videography, multimedia production, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar creative software.
3. Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, audio recording, and content production workflows.
4. Experience in shooting and editing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
5. Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage.
6. Experience operating drones and holding a drone certification/license is a plus.
7. Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
8. Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
10. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
11. Willing to work on-site in Bali.
