About the role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Product Supervisor to join our growing team at PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of multiple product lines within our electronics retail business. Based in our West Jakarta office, you will play a key strategic role in driving the success of our diverse product portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product roadmaps
- Lead product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage product inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to senior management
- Installation Management.
- Responsible for AC/CF/WM/REF repair work and achieve target.
- Conduct training multi product knowledge.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management or a similar role within the Electronics Product industry
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and the ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with supply chain operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for electronics products
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of product management tools and software
