About the role
As the MT Sales Operation Head - Tunas Honda, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales operations across all Tunas Honda locations in Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market share for Tunas Honda across Indonesia
- Oversee the daily operations of Tunas Honda sales teams, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets in pos
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and streamline operational processes
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers to develop their skills and foster a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and operational best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
