Job Summary
Mould Finishing Technician is assuming responsibility to finalize the produced mould starting from polishing the mould, assembling the missing mould part that need to be done manually, until checking the whole mould quality. Incumbent is also responsible for handling raw material (aluminium) is ready to be proceed according to the plan.
Job Description:
- Ensure the completion of mould raw materials are ready for use in production.
- Finishing process starts with polishing, the mould, and assembling the missing mould parts as standard.
- Calibrate mould station periodically based on schedule.
- Check and confirm the width and height precision between mould and last based on substance drawing from the database.
- Inspect and quality check based on the mould specification.
- Do the regular maintenance of equipment and tools based on the schedule.
- Record the history data of each mould
- Ensure the implementation of Company regulation, safety, and 5 S in the mould texture-making facility.
Requirements:
- Min. D3 Manufacturing Engineering or Naval Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing area and/ or moulding area and/ or machinery workshop.
- Having a CAD skill is a bonus
- Placement in Sidoarjo
