Moto Starter Battery Sales

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage offline distribution channels for motorcycle starter battery modules, focusing on the blue module product line
2. Work on behalf of a well-known nickel starter battery supplier to expand coverage in the motorcycle offline market, including key partners such as GMK
3. Conduct regular visits to workshops, spare parts stores, dealers, and distributors to promote products and maintain strong business relationships
4. Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing accounts to increase sales volume and market penetration
5. Provide accurate product information, including specifications, features, and advantages, and recommend suitable battery solutions based on customer needs.
6. Monitor stock availability, manage customer orders, and ensure smooth supply across sales points.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
8. Achieve sales targets set by the company and execute marketing initiatives to boost product visibility.
9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distribution performance to strengthen sales strategies.
10. Support promotional activities and brand visibility efforts within the offline motorcycle market

Job Responsibilities

1. Minimum education: High school graduate; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
2. 5+ years of experience in motorcycle offline distribution, with strong knowledge of the motorcycle spare parts offline ecosystem.
3. Existing network in offline moto channels (workshops, spare parts shops, distributors) is highly preferred.
4. Good understanding of motorcycle starter battery products or willingness to learn.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
8. Possess a valid motorcycle license and personal vehicle for fieldwork.
9. Willing to travel across Indonesia as required.
10. Able to prepare sales reports and use basic software tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
